Steven Kinghan

Steven Kinghan joined Exbo Group in 2024 and is a Senior Associate on the Transaction Services team. He supports buy-side private equity and venture capital clients through the full lifecycle of the acquisition process.

Prior to joining Exbo, Steven worked as a Senior Associate at KPMG US in their Asset Management practice. In that role, he focused on executing audit engagements for various public and private real estate and asset management clients, including SEC registrants, in accordance with relevant regulatory and professional auditing standards. Prior to that role, he served as both an Associate and a Senior Associate at KPMG Ireland in their Communications, Healthcare, Energy, and Construction (CHEC) department, where he gained experience in auditing engagements across multiple industries.

Steven holds a B.A. in Computer Science and Business from Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin, and is a member of the Chartered Accountants of Ireland (ACA). Outside of work, Steven enjoys traveling, playing and watching sports, trivia, wine, and spending time with friends and family.
