Ryan McGrady

Ryan joined Exbo Group in August of 2024 and is an Assistant Vice President on the CFO and Controllership Advisory team. In his role, he actively collaborates with clients across various sectors—including Health Tech and Ed-Tech businesses—to support fundraising, cash management, KPI development, investor relations, and budgeting.

Prior to Exbo, Ryan worked at PlayQ Inc., where he led the financial modeling, forecasting and controllership responsibilities, reporting directly to the CFO. Prior to that, he worked at the Walt Disney Company in their Walt Disney Television Group, as well as at Ernst & Young as an Assurance Senior and Staff.

Ryan holds both a BS in Accounting and a MAcc degree from the Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, watching sports and spending time with his family and friends. He currently resides in Rutherford, NJ with his wife and their dog.
