Pratik Singhania

Pratik Singhania joined Exbo Group in 2024 and is an Analyst in the Transaction Services department. He supports buy-side private equity and venture capital clients through the full life cycle of the acquisition process.

Prior to Exbo, he served as a Senior Analyst at EY GDS in the Financial Due Diligence department where he worked on multiple deals catering to the US, Canada and OUS. Before EY, he worked for ICRA Analytics Limited as a Senior Associate Analyst in the public finance group of Moody’s.

Pratik completed his Bachelor’s degree at St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. After completing his Bachelor's degree, he also obtained a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Calcutta. Outside of work, he likes to watch movies and play games.
