Lauren Hennelly

Lauren joined Exbo Group in 2021 and actively supports buy-side private equity and venture capital clients through the full lifecycle of the acquisition process. She also supports sellers as they prepare for financial due diligence. Lauren has diligence experience in various verticals, including SaaS, FinTech, EdTech, Data Analytics, Professional Services, and Intellectual Property.

During her time at Exbo Group, Lauren has worked on over 100 deals, including SurePoint Technologies’ acquisition of legal CRM software developer ContactEase and Aquiline Technology Growth's investment in Helcim, a payment facilitator based in Alberta, Calgary. Additionally, she played an active role in Achieve Partners' investment in Ro Health, a healthcare staffing company that scaled significantly during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Prior to joining Exbo Group, Lauren worked as an Audit Associate at Deloitte in the Financial Services practice with a client base that consisted of multinational investment banks. During her time there, she gained experience auditing large-scale M&A activities. Before Deloitte, Lauren interned in Finance and Business Development at Northwell Health, as well as in Wealth Management at Raymond James.

Lauren obtained both her BBA and MS in Accounting from the University of Miami. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York. Her personal interests include fitness and the outdoors.
