Laura Chamberlain

Laura Chamberlain joined Exbo Group in 2022 and is the Vice President of the Tax Services team. She supports buy-side private equity and venture capital clients through the tax due diligence process, focused on delivering findings and opportunities to help her clients make informed decisions that affect the purchase price or deal structure. She also provides income tax compliance preparation, sales tax management, and credit and incentive services to various verticals, including SaaS, CPG, FinTech, EdTech, and Professional Services.

Prior to Exbo, Laura worked on the tax team at Nestlé USA Inc., focusing on compliance, analyzing the tax impact of acquisitions and divestitures, and legislative lobbying. Before Nestlé, Laura worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Tax LLP, where she focused on tax compliance, consulting, and provision services for large multinational corporations, specifically in the consumer products and media and entertainment industries.

Laura attended Virginia Tech, where she received a BS in Accounting and Information Systems. She is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Virginia. In her free time, Laura enjoys fitness, exploring new restaurants with her friends, and traveling to new cities.
