Kirsten Back

Kirsten Back joined Exbo Group in 2024 as Assistant Vice President of the Tax Services team.

Prior to Exbo, Kirsten was a Manager with Deloitte Tax. She led a team across the US and India, advising clients in the partnership space on business transactions, IPOs, SPAC mergers, and administration of Tax Receivable Agreements. Additionally, she analyzed complex partnership agreements to process K-1 allocations and maintain partner capital accounts. Kirsten began her post-graduate career at Deloitte focusing on tax compliance and provision services for large multinational corporations across various industries.

Kirsten attended Binghamton University and graduated with a BS in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of New York. Outside of work, she spends time relaxing with family and friends, exploring new places, and enjoying the outdoors.
