Ethan Byrne

Ethan joined Exbo Group in early 2025 as a Senior Associate on the CFO and Controllership Advisory Team. He supports various growth-stage clients with accounting operations and financial reporting with a focus on financial modeling to support budgeting and planning activities as well as providing ad hoc support where needed.

Prior to Exbo, Ethan worked at Homebound, a Series-C homebuilding and prop-tech startup, on the Strategic Finance team. During his time with Homebound he supported quarterly and yearly budgeting and forecasting, managed monthly financial reporting for leadership teams, as well as partnered with operating teams to bridge results in the field to financial outcomes.

Ethan graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2021 with a BSBA in Finance and a concentration in Business Analytics. He enjoys golfing, spending time with family and friends, and following all things South Carolina sports in his free time.
