Erin Spencer

Erin joined Exbo Group at the start of 2024 and is a Senior Associate on the CFO and Controllership Advisory team. She is responsible for supporting accounting operations and financial reporting for various growth-stage clients. She focuses on building and refining financial models, supporting budgeting and fundraising activities, and providing ad hoc financial analysis. 

Prior to Exbo, Erin worked at Saks.com, where she helped establish accounting month end-close processes, integrated new accounting software, and supported financial reporting activities. Prior to that, she worked at a large public accounting firm, where she focused primarily on Financial Services and REIT clients.

Erin graduated from Northeastern University where she majored in Business with a concentration in Accounting. In her free time she enjoys running, pilates, traveling, exploring new places, and spending time with friends and family.
