Ally Allsop

Ally Allsop joined Exbo Group in 2023 and is a Senior Associate on the Transaction Services team. She supports buy-side private equity and venture capital clients through the full life cycle of the acquisition process.

Prior to Exbo, Ally worked as a Manager at KPMG in the Financial Services practice with a client base in the real estate sector. During her time at KPMG, she gained experience in accounting systems, accounting processes, and client services. Ally was also designated as a technology professional and led various initiatives to create efficiencies in processes and upscale data visualizations.

Ally received her BS in Accounting from Syracuse University and her MS in Accounting from The Ohio State University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York. Outside of work, Ally enjoys traveling, health and wellness, and spending time with friends and family.
