Exbo Group performed the financial due diligence on behalf of Fullsteam for this strategic acquisition. As part of this engagement, Exbo Group conducted a comprehensive Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis.

This acquisition will help strengthen Commerce7’s offerings so it can better support the unique needs of wineries. By integrating WineDirect’s team and leveraging AI and machine learning, Commerce7 aims to enhance its platform, set new industry standards, and enable wineries to deliver smarter, more personalized customer experiences.
