Prisha Prabhulkar

Prisha Soham Prabhulkar joined Exbo Group in 2024 and currently serves as an Analyst on the CFO and Controllership Team. She supports financial reporting and accounting operations for growth-stage clients, streamlines business processes, and manages full-cycle accounting responsibilities. She previously served as an Analyst on the Finance Transformation team, where she facilitated the onboarding of new clients, became familiar with each company's operations and management teams, closely reviewed their financial information, and realigned their financial statements to adhere to GAAP standards within their accounting framework.

Prior to joining Exbo, Prisha worked at Oracle Financial Software Service Ltd as a Senior Analyst, where she analyzed discrepancies between client and custodian accounts and specialized in Capital Market Bank Reconciliation. She also worked at Aargee Staffing Service, where she honed her financial analysis skills by dissecting publicly released financial statements of companies across various regions. Prior to this, she worked at Tata Consultancy Services and CMC Ltd, where she processed financial statements and ensured compliance with international accounting standards.

Prisha holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from Mumbai University, as well as a Master's degree in Commerce with a focus on Accounting. She obtained her CPA License in 2023. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through swimming and playing badminton, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
