Prisha Prabhulkar

Prisha Soham Prabhulkar joined Exbo in 2024 and is an Analyst on the Finance Transformation team. In this role, she facilitates the onboardings of new clients, becoming familiar with each company's operations and management teams, closely reviewing their financial information, and realigning their financial statements to adhere to GAAP standards within their accounting framework.

Prior to joining Exbo, she worked at Oracle Financial Software Service Ltd as a Senior Analyst where she analyzed discrepancies between client and custodian accounts and specialized in Capital Market Bank Reconciliation. Prisha also worked at Aargee Staffing Service, where she honed her financial analysis skills by dissecting publicly released financial statements of companies across various regions, and at Tata Consultancy Services and CMC Ltd, where she processed financial statements and ensured compliance with international accounting standards.

Prisha holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from Mumbai University as well as a Master's degree in Commerce with a focus on Accounting. She also obtained her CPA License in 2023. Outside of work, Prisha enjoys staying active through swimming and playing badminton, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
