Patrick English

Patrick English joined Exbo Group in 2025 and is an Analyst on the Transaction Services team. He supports buy-side private equity and venture capital clients through the full lifecycle of the acquisition process.

Prior to joining Exbo Group, Patrick worked as an Audit Associate at KPMG in the Banking and Capital Market practice. He provided year-end financial statements and internal controls over financial reporting audits where he focused on revenue, digital assets, trading, customer funds, and regulatory process areas. His client base consisted of Broker Dealer and Digital Asset Exchanges.

Patrick received his B.B.A. with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor Ross School of Business. He also received his M.S. in Accounting from the University of Virginia. Patrick is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with the NYSED. His personal interests include volunteering, workout classes, Atlanta sports, and pizza making.
