Fullscript, a healthcare platform for whole person care, recently announced its acquisition of Rupa Health, a company that helps practitioners order, track and manage laboratory tests. 

Exbo Group has provided Rupa with ongoing finance and accounting support since 2021. We carried out tax and accounting support during the diligence process of the acquisition.
