Exbo Group performed the financial due diligence by completing the quality of earnings on behalf of Elentra in its acquisition of Benchworks.

As part of the financial due diligence performed for this carve-out deal, Exbo analyzed Benchwork’s financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness, as well as their revenue streams, expenses, and cash flow to identify any potential issues or concerns.
